enzyne’s Oldsmobile Toronado

    • Currently 3.4/5 Stars.

My 1973 Olds Toronado. This 1973 oldsmobile is in perfect condition. It has 69,000 miles and has been stored inside every winter and is parked inside whenever not being driven.

The interior is black with gold trim.

Looks nice with the black vinyl top and black paint.

This front wheel drive is powered by a 350hp 455 ci big block that is all stock except for the msd electronic ignition and a k&n air intake.

This car was painted in 1980 because the owner was not happy with the original silver color. he was very right in thinking that black would be the perfect color for the car

We took a road trip this summer down to california and back up Interstate 15 . I do not think that there ever was a better highway vehicle made.

NIce 2nd generation Toronado. I have a mint spare tire (2nd genation vintage, 7 hole, 1966-70 had 10 holes in the rim).. My parent had a beat up white 73 Toronado from June 1982(already had 200,000+ on it) drove it til Fall of 1988, that rig had over 300,000 plus on it. Let me rephase that- the 72 455 had 300,000 (from the red 72 toronado, rebuilt in Fall of 1983 and ran it until the Fall of 1988). I remeber the brake were super strong. I wished teh 1966-70 Toronados had brakes like the 2nd gernation Toronados

Beautiful car. I just bought one from the original owners estate. Check it out and tell me what you think.
Mike, I was told that this car is chain driven. Do you know if that means it has more or less torque than a rear wheel drive?
Anyway, good luck with yours, from one toro owner to another.
