Whats up G35 fans! This is my ride. It's a 2003 G35 sedan that I purchased in June of 2002 ( before there was a coupe or a Z). I was one the earliest tuners to start modifications on the G sedan. I built this car for solid street performance. To go with long term reliability I kept the car normally aspirated, and tuned the car further than most tuned N/A G35 sedans on the road (try to find one). I set the car up with out the typical Tv's and heavy audio, because it is exactly that, heavy. Plus that stuff can seem a little ghetto... just my opinion. I started with the typical mods as they slowly became available ( exhaust, intake, and a set of 19's bec no springs were even available yet). After a while forums started becoming the main attraction and source of info. Although it not always accurate it did help. Once the forums got me really focused I slowly started to break the car down into systems and started the real mods (headers, cats, custom ECU tuning to bring it all together, brake kit, and total suspension). The airflow mods helped make noise more than serious power until I had the cars ECU customed tuned by Technosquare in LA( God damn did that bring it all together).alot of tuners don't realize tha heavy air flow mods will lean the motor out and can cause damage at WOT, or can cause the ECU to retard timing therefore reducing total power or at least hurting your low end power and torque. The brakes and all of the extensive suspension work was done around the same time. I still think I got crazy with the suspension mods, but the tires last almost like they are on stock alignment(15-18K).I didn't go with coilovers bec I didn't know where to get the suspension corner balanced .All in all I built what I wanted, a solid looking sedan with enough balls to dust a Z, coupe, or the bimmers.

20" TSW wheels fit perfectly and fill the fenders much better than a 19" wheel.I know better than most G owners, bec I have had 2 sets of 19's and set of 20's.

Question, thinking about buying the OEM navi system for my '03 G sedan. I am getting mixed opionions; Does any one know of a success story where a non Navi G35 was updated to the factory Nav? Should I go after market like you or try the factory OEM? Thanks!
