Installing GT skirts on an LX is a quick and dirty method for sleek style points. The GT skirts are subtle yet sexy.
91-92 GT skirts will only fit 2 door LX's but the 93-96GT skirts fit all LX's and even wagons.
Materials:
Sheet metal screws
double sided tape
rubbing alcohol
GT skirts
Line the skirt up along side your car. Clean the surfaces of the car and skirt that will be touching each other with the alcohol. Now lay doublesided tape on the skirt surface. Line up the skirt with the front mounting screw in the wheel well. This is a stock screw and should line up perfectly. Stick the skirt on all along the car. At the rear bottom of the skirt drill a hole and drive a sheet metal screw in the bottom of it for further reinforcement.
Stand back and check out your hot new skirts.
