Older pics 2007 and piror....
Well I guess there have been a few updates since this was posted up.
Lets see:
* Pathy Transfer case with 3.92:1 Calmini Gears
* Front ARB Locker
* Custom Spring over on the rear w/Johnny Joints
* Slip Yoke Eliminator
* New Tom Woods Rear Drive shaft
* Scratches... Dings & more paint
* New Rear Shocks Rancho 9000s
Spring Over Axle - SOA
Finally nothing left hangin under the axle to bash, more clearance and no more shock mounts down there to worry about. Also moved the axle back 1.5" for better departure angle and some more tire clearance.
Parts:
New Front ARB locker
Slip Yoke Eliminator
New Tcase Gears 3.92:1
Johnny Joint kit adapted from All Pro
Using these 1/4" thick perches and spring plates the axle is still adjustable forward or backward 1" if I ever need it.
If you bash the front hangers like I did and you know that there is basically a 1.5" wall on the front of them, well I got rid of those. These new front hangers are angled way back and again 1/4" thick to take the abuse.
And before the paint, makes it easier to see.
