I purchased this car in 2002 near Saginaw MI. The rear end and fuel tank were removed by the previous owner and the undercarriage was cleaned and por 15'd. The rear end was replaced with a 4.10 posi. The front clip, motor and trans were pulled in the spring of '05. The motor was rebuilt and painted gold. The trans was inspected and all new seals/gaskets installed. The front end was rebuilt with moog parts, power washed/sandblasted and painted from the firewall forward. The inner fender wells were painted red. I got it done just in time to make the trip to Norwalk and it ran great there and back with some added destinations in between. We ended up putting about 2k miles on it before winter. It's no race car by any means but it's still alot of fun. The best pass to date at Lapeer dragway was a 14.2 @ 99 mph w/no traction. I hope to get some drag radials this year and a fiberglass ram air hood is on the wish list. Check out next pages.
