My name is Jim, and this site is about my 90 Plymouth Acclaim that has been changed over to look like a 93+ Dodge Spirit. Included with these changes is a mildly built up turbo engine, along with suspension modifications, and interior changes.
The following pages show what I've done to my car, as well as the problems I've had along the way. Like the picture of me above, when I was taking a break during a blown headgasket fix.

This is what the outside of my car looks like. Hopefully down the road, I can take it to a shop to be professionaly sprayed. In the meantime, I did it myself. That doesn't mean I didn't do a good job though. I removed all the door skins and rubber mouldings to ensure it was the same color when you opened the door/got in the car. I can't stand it when someone does a job halfway, you might as well not even do it.

This is a before and after pic of the engine bay. My N/A engine blew a connecting rod due to lack of oil. It was taking a liter of oil every 100kms and after a couple weeks it got so annoying, I just stopped adding it. The turbo engine is a common block with forged/balanced internals. It's running a SRT4 IC, and the smaller mitsu turbo which is great for me, since I just run around the city and like the almost zero lag I get from it.
Thanks,
- Jim
