300M rebuilt transmission (w/o autostick, i drove an intrepid that had it and i didnt like the way it shifted, too clunky)
locking mechanism removed so it slides between drive gears and neutral instead of having to push the shifter button. it still locks going into reverse and park, though.
cat-back 2 3/4" high flow exhaust system by high energy performance in estevan (which by the way for anyone with a big v6 sounds straight up nice wiht a Tuned performance tip muffler)
coming eventually - ceramic header insulation, rims, and possibly and engine swap, at which point its back to square one as far as performance goes
