new look for 2007/2008
no more aibags unfortunately, there were too many problems and in order to drive the car they had to be scrapped. no worries folks, gonna lower it and put rims on it in spring. ill still keep it looking good, but for right now i just need some wheels.
new paint job looks not bad, needs a few little touchups here and there, but all in all this is the new look

For anyone reading my site, the mighty intrepid is dormant for now. since ive been frequently asked how i made my taillights or wether i did in fact make them. i did make them, it was a long process and i went through quite a few sets before i figured out the best way to make them. since im tired of telling each of you individually how i built them, heres my new writeup.
my taillights were a long DIY process. i cut the clear off the taillight carefully with a dremmel, then cut the red section out with a dremmel as well. then you get some 2 inch long sections of 3" and 2" exhaust tubing. Get some red DOT lenses 2" around. I melted the tubing to the taillight but i went through a few sets before getting it right. Then attatch the 3" around it. Then attatch the 2" lens to the 2" tubing which is overtop your light. A light bulb will heat the tubing and cause it to fall off so youd have to convert to LED's. Then primer and paint over the crappy chrome inside of the light, nice black or whatever color you want it to be. I picked black cherry satin for mine, after being unhappy with how lame silver looked. Then i glue the clear cover back on the taillight, taping it to the housing to make sure it stays secure while the glue dries. Sans the red lens and voila!
thanks for checkin out my ride!
so i got the front end done out of complete desperation haha the jeep got the weekend off.... stupid amc piece of.... whatever anywyas heres some pics of stage one... enjoy.
FINITO!
some short pics of the smoke and tapefades on the front

my prized section, the skull...

the super subliminal metalic pealr blue strip in the sun it looks sweeeeet.

you may notice the front bodykit is gone... yeah its no longer among the living, im trying to make a desperate transition from 'rice' to 'nice' lol i dunno i think it looks a little better, but i need some side fairings and maybe a front lip, nothin fancy.
NEW MUFFLER
installed heh sounds snazztastic

hers a few pics one of the new black roof the rest of the paint is still in the making, got the front and graphics left should be done by next week ish... the other is tuckin stocker rims(they actually look really good with my car as low as it is, cant wait for the spokes though)

im finally redoing the front end after my little bout with local vandalism. these are a few pics of the sanded down hood and freshly fiberglassed front bumper, since theres not much to see i figure one or two pics is enough. also my new mufler (yay no more ugly fart can!) which is gonna be a little lower profile and sound way better

this is a very detailed set of pics of my uncles trailer which was flat lime green when he got it. i spent about a day priming and painting it and then spent abotu fifteen hours wiht the airbrush and went at it. its all straight freehand by the way, no reference photos no stencils or guides just got the brush out and did it. i did three layers, black base with white electricity and a thin blue powdering for that added electric effect, as well as some small white stars everywhere, just to add to it a little bit more. its not bad i guess. you be the judge
side shots , no detail front or back

and now the details (for anyone who cares)

"some people say that an average sports car wiht a suspension package 'hugs' the ground. as long as were speakign metaphorically, if thats true then my car must take the ground out to dinner, go back to her place and F*** the S*** out of the ground." *quote by me*
so anyone checkin out my site if you feel like signing the guestbook... what kind of color scheme do you suggest? i have hundreds of ideas and considering youve already checked out my car more or less you should let me kno wwhat you think would look cool. anywho, thanks, dont forget to vote
my ferret and i... if youre bored get a ferret theyre kamikazis man
these are the first engine bay pics on this site, manliy cause i figure theres not much to see but i felt like posting a few before i make my new intake and hood. oh and if you look close you can see the bullet bolts for my new hood pins but youll get to see that when its all done. enjoy

well, the mighty green dragon lives to scrape another day, air compressor is working very well, and the side of the car is smooth as hell. yay for that

Hey kudos to my dad who went out of his own way to make a trunk enclosure for me when i didnt have the time to do it myself
