Hey, My name is Michael.
Im 20 years old.
I live in Melbourne, Australia.
This is my 1982 Holden Statesman Caprice. It's a WB model Series 1. I've had it since I was 16 and since then I have repaired all the rust in the quarter panels and doors and resprayed it in original Atlantis Blue. It has a 5.0 Litre V8 308ci and a 21/2in sports exhaust. It has an original 3 speed Trimatic auto transmission which I have just reconditioned. It's rear wheel drive and still has the original Salisbury diff. I plan on giving it a Chevy 350ci engine, with a TH400 transmision and a Ford 9-inch diff. I have also just put in a Sony Xplod System. Please leave your comments on what you think of it.
Thanks.

It has electric windows, remote control mirrors and boot release, digital clock, power steering, air conditioning, and was the first car to be made in Australia with cruise control as standard.

This is the 5.0 Litre V8. I plan on installing a chrome air filter and rocker covers and tidying up the engine bay soon, I'll put on more pics when its done. This engine has done over 360,000 kms and is still going.

I just got a chrome air filter and a blue breather cap for the rocker cover. Its also got a chrome radiator cap.

The interior is light blue velour and leather with woodgrain. I'm gonna put in a woodgrain steering wheel to match the dash and so I can turf the one spoke wheel out!

The picture on the left shows my car now after I have just added some HZ Holden Premier rear bumper over-riders. I only wanted them to make my car another inch longer! The picture on the right shows it after I modified it in Paintbrush to have lowered suspension, two sets of twin 2 1/2 pipes, chopped roof, tinted windows, DeVille tail lights and shaved door handles, badges and fuel filler. What do ya reckon of it? Please leave ya comments in the guestbook

I just put on a Chevy badge on the front grille. It dosent actually have the Chevy 350 in it yet, it's still the Holden 308, but I saw the badge for a bargain so I got it for when I get a 350!!!

Some moron just broke into my car and stole my CD player. I've had to resort to now installing an alarm. I will also have to find myself a replacement dashboard fascia!B>

Thanks for looking at my car, please leave your comments on it!
