this is my 81 civic sedan. she has over 200k miles and still runs like a champ without a puff of smoke! she is the original Levannah Brown Poly color and i plan to repaint her the same color in the spring. she rides on 15" no-name rims, painted black, that i acquired. then i installed 195/50-15 yokohamas. i have custom fit coilovers for an 88-00 civic installed on new struts. i recently installed new brakes. i used civic 10.2" rotors with integra type r calipers using accord mounting brakets(very big vs stock 8.5" non-vented!). *Also swapped out the rear drums for discs from a 91 o\prelude si. not many 81s w rear discs! i am planning a b series motor swap, i have a jdm b20 w/ a type r tranny that i have in my garage just waiting to be installed. people often ask me why i bother fixing up my car, and its not cause im cheap its cause i love the look of my car and not many people put the effort into making an 81 sedan a street sleeper!
