This is a ground kit that features Lighting Audio 4ga. wires with gold plated terminals. The kit is very professional and does not clutter up the engine bay. I choose a subtle "clear" wire for a cleaner look, although there are several colors available. I highly recommend this kit for all tC owners. There is a noticable difference in throttle response, since the tC is drive by wire. Also, audio equipment gets a boost, my basslink sounds tighter and the bass is deeper.
I took pics after the install and labeled them for reference. The kit comes with good instruction, but this may help with some of the gounding points.

The Ground H is on the the top of the transmission case, it is very is to see, therefore I didn't take a pic of it.
