mastermech911's 1984 Mazda B-Series

This is my 1984 Mazda B2000. I have many plans for it I have already acquired alot of parts for it but I have had surgery so I have to wait a while to start working. This is not my first project but it will be the most complicated. The reason I want to fix this truck up is because I have never seen one before. I plan to slam it to the ground, make a custom wide body kit for it and make a custom bed, also a custom cowl hood. I want to Replace the mirrors with two small round circle ones in the middle of the fenders. Also a custom front grill that will house four circle headlights.

one place to start on the interior is by cleaning it. use a rug doctor and it will work wonders

well for a cam you can go to this site. (http://www.crowcams.com.au) the cams for a stock motor are not that big. you can also go to (http://www.mazdatruckin.com) to get some Questions answered, check out what others have done.

get bucket seats for your interior. that'll be a good start. also, if you have the time, take your dash out and get it painted in whatever color you want. i took my sun faded gray dash and made it two tone black and silver. check out my ride sometime. you'll at least get a good laugh out of it.

for the cam question, i don't believe that they made performance camshafts for the 1st generation b2000. however, it may be possible to find a 626 that uses the same head as yours. i'm sure someting performance will exist for one of those. good luck man.

also, check out mazdatruckin.com
