VAN IS FOR SALE
(E-mail me with any questions concerning details or price....)

layinrocker's 1965 Ford Econoline

Here are some pictures of my 1965 Ford Econoline E-100 cargo van. This van was found sitting under a tree since the eighties, so i drug it home and began cutting. It has an 8" body drop, with 4-linked rear and 2-linked front to lay the rockers on the ground. There is a custom fabricated bridge so the 9" ford rear end will lay out with twenties bolted on. It has full air ride suspension with Firestone 2600 bags on the front and rear. Viair Compressor and 5-gallon tank with eight SMC 3/8" valves. There are 17" front and 20" rear wheels (Boyd Coddington "Smoothies"). The engine is stock with a three speed tranny. Minimal body work has been done, i just wanted to see this van on the ground so body work has not been too important. Updated info will be added at a later date.....

Once I roll the rocker panel pinch welds under there will be no lug nuts seen on the rear with the twenties.

Here are some interior shots of the body drop and some of my floor board work. Everything is being roughed in just to make sure things work and fit.
This van is a 1965 Heavy Duty Ford Econoline E-100. Therefore it has a 300 straight six cylinder engine and three speed transmission. The rearend is a 9" Ford (not too sure what the gear ratio or spline count is). Straight axle front with drum brakes all the way around.

The two posts below with the pic of a blue van were made by a guy that is impersonating me trying to get me kicked off of cardomain. I use lower case letters and he uses all caps and a zero where I use an "o". Please report him.
