Newly installed sub and amp!!
I added a sub and a 400 watt amp on the stereo that came with the car when I bought it. It really adds to the listening pleasure of the car's tape deck and radio.

Here is the picture of installed amp/ sub. The sub-woofer is a Kenwood 10 Pounder unit and the amp's model number is a XR2002. Sorry by I do not have the name of the company that made it. It fits like a glove!! The green off in the corner of the picture is a milk basket used to hold items like my jumper cables, tools and other odd items needed in an emergency.
09/1004 Up-date. I bought a Radio Shack sound level meter. It was the less expensive model without a digital readout. It works great though. I tested the sound levels of the car stereo to see what the dB levels where. In the higher volume settings, I was getting readings of about 110 to 116 dB with a live recording. That is getting into the very dangerous sound levels. At least the sub is filling the low bass end now and gives a nice full range of sound now.
Up-dated 05/01/05, Added rear deck cover
When I bought the used beater Geo, it also included the rear deck cover. I did not have this item when I bought the working car. It works out well as far as covering the amp and sub.

Portable CD player set-up.
I bought this cassette adaptor so I could plug in portable CD player. Although it is not ideal, I gives me the option of now using CD or MP3's.

The CD player plugged into the tape deck.

The Kenwood sub finally failed. A Quest 10 inch sub replaced the Kenwood. It is either the QS100 or QS120. I forgot to read the model number. Anyways it is fixed and working again. The amp model is a Mosfett XR2002.
Interior Detailing

The other small detail I added was a set of add-on pedals the fitted over the stock pedals. This picture shows the pedals as they came stock from the factory.
Added aftermarket pedals

The pedals after adding the aftermarket add-on pedals. It gives my feet great area to put on the pedals and they look great as well.
The only other item I have to put on it window tint. I have some ideas to something a bit different and I will place the results on this page when I am done.
Window Tint
This is the proposed idea for the window tint. It will have two layers, one for the imagines in darker tint while a lighter tint will be applied to cover the window. Airbrushed high lights will go on to the imagines to give some highlighted details. I have to see if will even work out first. I could fail but you never know how it will work until you try it.

After trying to create the multi-tint window idea, I finally stopped trying to do it after going through a bunch of window tint. It was just to hard to do considering the fact that I never tried working with tint film before. I finally put on a 35% tint on the rear windows. I did want to go too dark with the tint. I did OK but it is not a great job either. The pictures show it off much better them it really is. I can put up with it for now but I will be getting it done properly down the road.
