*BEWARE* JASPER ENGINES = TOTAL GARBAGE
DON'T WASTE YOUR $$
They offer a "to good to be true" 3 yr/75,000 mile warranty on their remanufactured engines, but they DON'T stand behind their product AT ALL when the engine fails.....instead just weasel their way out and tell you it's not covered.
Apparently, there are many more who have run into same problems with them. I have also spoken to a handful of people that have the same negative feeling towards them as I......including the freight company they ship with!

Incase you didn't read the title JASPER ENGINES = TOTAL GARBAGE
My original ca18et made it to 246000 miles before it crapped out.
I ended up getting a brand new remanufactured ca18et from www.jasperengines.com It even came with a 3 yr/75,000 nationwide warranty which is pretty cool. As of August 27th, 2004 it's got barley over 1000 miles on it.
