I Deleted the rocker panel moldings,bumper guards and pony & corral, reverse lights and shaved the antenna for a cleaner look.
I added a fiberglass Shelby hood scoop to an original steel hood with a hole cut in the center and the GT exhaust panel and trim, but chose to go with 2 1/2" slash cut tips instead of the factory trumpts.
The following pics are from the Texas Motor Speedway "Laps for Charity" event on 8/14/04.
In the first pic you can see my 66 in front of my friend's '94 Cobra Pace Car 'vert, and my '96 GT.
In the following pics, you can see that the black pearl flames change from subtle to bright depending on the lighting.
The last few pics are of the new interior including racing seats and the custom dash lighting and guage faces that I designed. The stereo includes a Custom Autosound AM/FM stereo, 4 Infinity speakers, and a 6 disk CD changer, and 8 inch subwoofer in the trunk.
