Here it is my own personal hole to through money into.

64dot5's 1964 Ford MustangFirst a little history on the car. I bought the car in May of '04. It is an original '64 1/2 coupe I found on eBay. On impulse I bid, and won. Now I'm in trouble... The car is a practically zero option, 6 cylinder 170cid automatic coupe, as base model as base models get. So, really the only thing special is that it is a 64 1/2 and that its all mine.

What's the plan for this car? Restomod! (or is that rust-o-mod) First, cut, weld, grind, sand, replace the rust with new rust, no, metal. Then a 5.0L fuel injected setup with 8.8 rear, rack and pinion steering, modern front suspension, disks all around, custom rims, interior and paint. Shelby style hood w/ either the '65 or'67 scoop. Shelby style rear ala GT/CS or a low wing if I can find or fab the right one.

When all is said and done, if they are ever done. It will scream Mustang but be unique, personal and tastefull.

As time goes on I will update this page to show my progress and someday the finished product. If you would like to comment or send me ideas or suggestions e-mail me.

Next see a little more of what the starting point was--->>>

What up? Looks like you got a project on your hands. My dad and i restore WW 2 jeeps, i know all about the rust and how much "fun" it is to cut out and replace. Check out my o-stang, same color as yours.

Hey man, thanks for checking out my stang. That looks like a great stang and it looks like a great project. Its gonna take a lot of time and money out of you, but hey in the end its all worth it. Thats why im really slow in my process, the car would be done if i had the money. I i dont have that nemore, therefore i cant get nething for it. Im gonna get a job next month and see wut kind of money i get. Your the first person i've seen newhere with the same engine as me. I've seen people with them, but i never could talk or come into contact with them like i can you. Go luck with the stang. If you need any advice, feel free to come to me. I cant wait to see wut it looks like when its done. Go Luck Again! Keep me posted *steph*
