Here's my interior blue neon lighting.
To avoid losing the switch on the plugs of each tube, I took a 3 socket adaptor and hardwired it to the car's circuits, and then attached it to the back of the center stuff compartment. I still have my original cigarette lighter socket free and a spare on the 3 socket box.
NEW PROJECT: Find insurance I can afford so I can buy this car!
I took this Mercury Grand Marquis for a whole day test drive, I can afford it, but insurance is a crime. You might be thinking this is an old people car. If you ever drove one, you wouldn't think so. V8 4.6 Liter OHC with 2 converters, so it's ready for dual exhaust. A Grand Marquis is essentially the same car as a Mercury Marauder and a Ford Crown Victoria. There's a reason the police use these cars... THEY HAUL MAJOR ASS! I had no problems taking turns at high speeds, braking, and getting up to speed fast.
I bought a navy blue headliner out of a 1993 Cutlass Supreme (fits 88 to 95) the day before I found and bought my black fabric and upholstery glue. It's not separating anywhere and is just a little bit dirty, but may be only noticeable when not installed above your head without fluorescent lighting. If anyone wants to buy it from me for the same price I paid for it, and you're willing to pay actual shipping cost of this size thing... I'll box it and ship it. Maybe you want this to install as it is, maybe your existing headliner board is broken and you just need this for it's board, who knows... I just wanted to offer it to any Cutlass owners out there because I'd hate to throw it out when it's not too bad.
The blue one is the one I have no use for, the black one is my board after I recovered it. CameronDB@aol.com
