You are looking at my custom home built 500+ hp(before nitrous), nitrous injected dream machine! After 5 years of dreaming and planning, and 3 years of building, you may very well be looking at one of the baddest, nicest, sickest El Camino to ever hit the streets! Please give me the respect and props I deserve for my hard work! I did all the planning and designing and 90% of the work myself! ....Not bad for a 25 YEAR OLD race car driver with no official automotive schooling!....Many of my friends throughout high school, and beyond would ask why an El Camino? Why spend so much money? One simple answer.. because I can! Any yuppy can buy a Mercedes, Lexus, or BMW, but how many people can build a car to blow the doors off the fastest production vehicles in the world? I can and did, with my own 2 hands and my own wallet! NOTE: the 11.8 1/4 mile is estimated, I haven't had the car to the track since complete. It ran 12.36 @ 112mph with about 100 less horsepower! In all actuality it should run better than 11.8 w/o the nitrous, and low 11s with the Nitrous and slicks! I will update with acurate info as soon as I have it!! I am a semi-pro drag racer (7.23 @ 184mph) so I am not some idiot making up #'s!
Body/Exterior modifications
The car was stripped to bare metal and then painted in 2000 Porche purple laquer. The door handles, antenna, emblems, front/rear liscense plates, were shaved. The body seams were filled, and all the chrome was painted to match. The fiberglass front bumper, and custom front spoiler were made by Lauren Engineering in California. The fiberglass rear bumper and ground effects kit are from Choo Choo Customs in Tennessee. All the fiberglass has been molded to the body. The hood is a fiberglass bolt-on 2.5" cowl by Harwood, and the bedlid is from Gaylord's Customs. I replaced all the marker/tail/headlights with new, along with the chrome headlight bezels. Lastly, I added a billet aluminum grill from Stull Industries.

This is the earliest picture I could find of what it used to look like!! (4 years ago) I added the cowl hood, tinted windows, and bed lid by this point. I paid $1300 for the car when I bought it!!
