Thank you to offtheroad_rob for this great mod right off his page.

The 3 Inch Body lift is home made. I bought 3 feet of 2 x 3 Square Stock Steel for $14.00, then cut it into 8 3 inch sections. Then you take a drill press and drill a 1 inch hole down through the center. Now you need to go to home depot (or any hardware store) and get 8 1 inch bolts and nuts. It should roughly look like this

The Body lift is actually pretty easy to do, you'll need a full day and a jack, and an impact gun. First you remove your bumper covers, then the head lights (so you can access the front bolts) and remove your center consoul. Then you use the impact gun to remove all of the nuts holding the body down. You can try to use a normal socket wrench but you may break the bolts. Then after all of the nuts are off, you take the jack and jack up the left (or right) side of the truck , putting the jack unter the body, not the frame. You need to jack up the body enough to see the space between the frame and body and judge when your new spacers will fit in. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU GET A BUDDY TO KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR BRAKE LINES AND IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT TO MAKE SURE NO LINES ARE STRETCHED OR BROKEN. My tracker already had longer lines in it so I was okay. You should probably use rust inhibitor to keep the spacers from rusting up, which I clearly didnt. You will lose your front and rear bumper covers doing this lift but you can make new brackets to raise the mounts back to stock. I'm going to be doing this soon and will have those pics up soon.

RAISING THE FRONT BUMPER
You just need to get a friend to help you with this. It takes about 30 minutes to do. You need a drill, one inch bit and 2 one inch bolts, 2 lock washers and nuts. Then you take off the front bumper, get a friend (whose somewhat sober) and line the bumper back up with the body, and mark your new holes on the steel spacers from the body lift. Then drill threw the bumper, and threw the Spacer. You will need some washers to space the bumper to make sure its straight on with the Truck.
