Greetings,
I am Gen-Erix and I have been a member of CarDomain for over 3 years now. This site has been a great boon to me and I watch with anticipation for the things that set it apart from the rest. Unfortunately there are some people who choose to insult others without getting the story straight first. Even now there is a certain individual with a second-rate vehicle who has mistaken me with someone else and has been using his free time to constantly call me names when he should be spending it with his family. I just ignore him, although he continues to harass me under the many false names he has created. My stars have been reduced from 4 down to 2 due to these rogue accounts. Fortunately those stars are not the true measure of ones ride. HE is but one drop in an ocean full of people who take things way too seriously. People who waste their life away, writing letters or making phone calls to complain about the way they are "supposedly" treated under the guise that they are doing it purely for the community. This my friends is called depression and these unfortunates need our help and understanding. But on a happier note I'd like to take this time to address those who have stood beside me. Those with solid convictions, compassion in their blood, love in their heart, and patriotic freedom in their soul I thank you here and now.

E hana me ka ha`aha`a.
Humility in all things.

Aloha nui loa
With my best regards.

Aloha and Welcome to my page.

As of October 2005, This Tracker is now unique!
It is the ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD to look like this!
So why did I customize a Tracker?
Because this is my first car and I've had it for 8 years.
I've gone everywhere and done everything in this car.

So why did I customize a Tracker?
Well, look at the pics and see for yourself.

Timeline:

06.22.08 - Sold.
Ha'o wau ia 'oe, aloha a hui ho, malama ku'u kino.
(I will miss you, good bye and take care of yourself)

04.15.08 - 70,000 hits

11.28.07 - 65,000 hits. (another 5k hits in 4 months) Added over 10 pictures to the VEST. It will be the last update I make to it. Also the X32 has fallen behind the times. (my sister has not taken proper care of her and it is no longer the pristine gem it once was) I will always remember the car that took me from my first job all the way to my wedding. Never forgotten.

07.24.07 - 60,000 hits! (Damn... those 5k hits took 4 months)

03.28.07 - 55,000 hits!

02.26.07 - The X32 is no longer "mine".
She is now being driven by my sister who is
no doubt having the time of her life right now.
But I thought you were selling it?
I was...
But then she asked for my help in customizing hers like mine.
So I figured why not just trade. And it made her day.
But at least I will get to visit her from time to time. Although fear not...
I always have something up my sleeve.

01.16.07 - One year and roughly 3,000 miles later I did another oil change today.
See how much I drive it. Now you know why Im selling it.

01.04.07 - 50,000 hits!

01.01.07 - Happy New Year!!!

11.21.06 - Hit 115,000 miles!

10.30.06 - 45,000 hits!

10.13.06 - It has been one year since I first appeared as
a coveted Showoff of the Week nominee. I sincerly thank
those who have supported me. To even make the list is
an honor to me and I could not ask for anything more.

08.24.06 - 40,000 Hits! (80-some-odd hits a day isnt too bad)

06.16.06 - 35,000 Hits! (5,000 Hits in 59 days)
Hmmm... one would think getting rims would increase the hits... interesting

06.12.06 - Finally replaced the MAF sensor and made that damn Check Engine Light go away.
So its not running rich anymore. (Cool!) Also hit 114,000 miles.

05.13.06 - Another thorough cleaning. (this entry is for my records)
Started with Meguiars Gold Class (shampoo and conditioner)
and finished with a rinse-down with the water filter attachment.
Then used Armor-All Shine on the tires and Rain-X on the windows.

05.06.06 - I think 32 psi is good for my tires. Recommended (for stock) 23 psi
was too soft. Went to 30 psi which was ok. 44psi was way too hard. Dropping it to
36 psi helped a bit. But I think I'll keep it at 32 psi for the time being. The ride
is good, pretty solid, and it doesnt feel too much like a covered wagon.

Theres a 4-Pack of 32 PSI Tire Pressure Indicator Caps
selling for $2 at Radio Shack so I might pick me up some.

05.01.06 - Got my alignment today. Everything checked out great.
It was only slightly out so they put the toe in a little. No worries.

04.29.06 - After months of searching and years of research, I finally got rims!
*crosses it off his list and beats the crap out of it*
Big mahalos to zooted2000 for hooking me up!
(more pictures on the way)

And since I got new rims I also decided to repaint my brakes.
I sanded them down and cleaned them up with Paint Thinner.
Then I used Dupli-Color Engine Enamel in Chevrolet Orange DE1620
Its pretty bright as you can see.

(I also put weatherstripping on my spare tire hanger so my paint is safe!)

04.18.06 - 30,000 Hits! (5,000 hits in 53 days) Cools. =D

03.28.06 - Totally redid the page AGAIN. All the pictures work now and
I added "The V.E.S.T. Resource for Trackers and Sidekicks". Enjoy.

Closed my Poll too. Apparently a lot of people think my ride is Showoff worthy.
We'll just have to wait and see.

02.24.06 - 25,000 Hits! (5,000 hits in 42 days) Not bad not bad. =D

02.19.06 - Got a "Budge-Lite" SUV cover for $5 (barely used, water/sun repellant)
and FOUR Aura Bass Shakers for $30. (designed with the concept that true bass is FELT)
(Hopefully I can put them into the two seater I want to get... sometime... er... later)

02.09.06 - Basic Upkeep. New coolant and washer fluid.
Put in Techron Gas with a carb additive so it runs much better.
The idle is still a bit too low but it def runs better.
(The gas in the tank was 4 months old so having new gas really helps! hehe, duh right)
I also wanted to add that the Pager Alarm I installed is hella loud!
It is the only one like it in the whole neighborhood. (and its high-pitched too)
I'm pretty sure it irritates the neighbors when I turn it on at 10 at night.
(so I try not to do it so late)

02.03.06 - Got married!!!

01.28.06 - Changed the oil today and added DURA-LUBE with SR3 ("As Seen On TV")
For those of you wondering, a Tracker takes 4.5 qts and uses the following oil filters;
Penzoil - PZ-21, Fram - 3614,
It's so much cheaper when you do things yourself. The oil (Quaker State) was bought in bulk with a mail-in rebate and the $20 additive was bought for $5 from someone cleaning out their garage. And since my wipers were getting bad I also changed those out. (Wiper Size:17)

01.19.06 - Replaced the Timing Belt, Tensioner, Belt and Pulley, Water Pump, Cam and Crank Seals, and the Alternator Belt. I went to Faith Auto Repair in Sand Island. (Clayton 391-8445) They did it all for $500. Nice shop but they're pretty busy.

Almost forgot to mention. I got new floormats the other day. Basically the heavy duty black ones you can get at Walmart for $10 a piece. I got a brand new set of FOUR for $5 at a garage sale.

01.16.06 - The poll is finished and a new one is up. Had 50 votes total with 42% thinking that I should make the engine run a little better. 26% of votes said they would donate $29.99 to the Gen-Erix Restoration Fund. (which would be about $390) So I'll be mailing out all the bills tomorrow. =P

01.09.06 - I really want to take some pictures but my digital isn't working, dash it all. Don't worry though. I'll have more pictures up soon!

01.06.06 - 20,000 Hits!

Finished the exhaust today. It looks pretty good. I put it on myself using exhaust wrap and clamps because the shop wanted more than $60 to weld it on. Pshhhhhhh. So heres the break-down.

Flex-Hose: $7.49
2-2.5 Adapter: $3.49
2.0 Clamp: $3.49
2.5 Clamp: $2.00
Exhaust Wrap: $4.19
4" L-Bracket: $3.09
24" Tie-Down: $2.26
Frame Screws: $0.35

SUB-TOTAL: $26.36

GRAND TOTAL (Exhaust Included): $54.36

01.01.06 - Happy New Year!
Changed my page around a bit for easy(er) viewing. Enjoy.

12.26.05 - I just fabricated a safety check/recon plate for the rear and a license plate frame for the front. Then I put some thick weatherstripping behind my rear plates to prevent rattling.

11.30.05 - I just wanted to share my Trials and Tribulations:

RIMS: I went and bought rims from another Tracker here on CarDomain. Then he wont send them. Making up all types of excuses from a death in the family to illness. After lots of prodding, he finally admitted to spending the money "like any normal person". I guess I was raised by an "abnormal" family so this didnt fly. Neither did his plan to pay me back in tiny "installments."
Long story short: I'm basically putting it through the court system and they'll shut this guy down. Good thing I saved every email and every receipt for the last 5 months!!!

:::DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from NLTPREZ from CarDomain also known as PAYTON POURCIAU:::

BODYWORK/PAINT: An acquaintance of mine told me that his brother works on cars. So I talked with the guy and basically agreed upon a plan. Fix the rust, dents, mold the kit on, finish and paint. He said he'd take 3 weeks. I told him not to rush and gave him 4 weeks. Called him after 4 weeks and he said one more week. NOTICE THE TREND! Basically it took him about 3 MONTHS to finish with lots of crap along the way. Even when I only called once a week for an update he told me I was rushing him! But I saved AT LEAST a grand. So its "sucks for me", "yay for me" at the same time.

:::BE CAREFUL when dealing with ANYONE from WAIANAE, but you SHOULD have known that:::

11.23.05 - Just got my License Plate that says "X32".
I like the letter "X" and use it frequently.
My dads favorite number is 32, which is also his old basketball number.
But the real reason why I chose "X32"?
Well, you're going to have to figure it out for yourself.
If you do, let me know! =D

10.17.05 - Took all the overspray off the windows and the tires. Took off the layer of dust with a quick wash. The X32 has also been washed and vacuumed, and the vinyl sprayed down.

10.10.05 - My friend made out like I was finished. Hell no! I have a ton more things to do. The painter left overspray so I have that to clean up. Need to get rims, lights, possibly tint/neon. Have to Armour-All and vaccuum it again. Clean out the engine, probably oil change, paint the brakes, etc etc, so on and so forth, Requiem in terra pax, Amen.

10.08.05 - The X32 is born! My ride is back home!

(It has been a rough ride and now my shoulders aren't as heavy as they once were.)
The car has been painted DuPont Imora Orange off an Acura NSX!
It looks almost like "Goldstone", with the same copper metallic flecks.

I saw this quote once:
"An Acura is the best Honda, The NSX is the best Acura, you figure it out"

09.26.05 - In line at the paint booth!

09.11.05 - Almost there!

07.31.05 - Car is in the shop for the custom bodykit and paint. The future looks good!

07.29.05 - I used a small electrical saw and took off the exhaust pipe right behind the driver rear tire. It wasn't that hard but be careful because the blade gets hot. The metallic sound is gone now because I cut off the part that had a crack.

07.25.05 - Body kit got delivered today. Got it in about 3 weeks which is pretty good. Came in a HUGE refridgerator-like box. It was only about 40 lbs though. It's a little on the light side. (A little flex, not heavy duty) and it has a few imperfections here and there. But it should look freakin awesome!

07.22.05 - Just installed a Brand-New Alarm System complete with Pager Remote.
Now if anyone messes with my car it'll page me and I'll know!
Plus I have The Club. So thats two. *rolls eyes and smiles*
Guess people should think about stealing some OTHER car huh?
(sorry, no installation pics, you understand of course)

07.06.05 - Guess what? I'll be upgrading very soon.
I'm getting T-series Blaupunkt Subs as well as doing some
major bodywork and restoration. (Plus alarm, lights, etc)
After this. I am totally winning Show-Off of the week.

07.06.05 - Started leaking water. After 30 min
of driving I had to refill reservoir/radiator with
about a liter of water. (small leak in water pump?)
Put it leakstop and it's gone now.

05.19.05 - Got a Rockford Fosgate Punch 160.2 Amplifier. (Freebie)
Installed it with the new amp kit wiring. I freakin love it!

05.19.05 - Got a new 10 Gauge Amp Kit. ($4 at a swap meet + $4 for extra fuses on Ebay)
Installed the power and ground cables with a 40 AGU Fuse.
(Replaced the 5 year old generic wiring I had)

05.19.05 - Recharged the AC System myself. Hella easy to do.
Its not "hypothermia" cold. But it is MUCH colder.

05.19.05 - Spray painted engine parts neon green. (used "Grabber Green" engine paint)
Bronze was fading and it was time for a change.

05.07.05 - Just installed them today. Got here fast.
Front stage sounds great now!

05.03.05 - Ordered Brand-New 4" Blaupunkt speakers ($13.50 on Ebay)

05.02.05 - Brand-New Fireball Muffler. ($28.00 on Ebay) Will get installation pics up when possible.

04.25.05 - I hit 111,111 miles and got a pic of the odometer. It's still running strong, paint still shines, vinyl black as hell, and bass hits deep. (needs rims and new paint though)

04.19.05 - Debadged! Took off side "Tracker" emblems and peeled off "Geo" sticker on rear door.
(and feel much better now)

01.29.05 - Custom Third Brake Light stencil.
(another easy mod, stencil is 5" x 1.75")
(I have to make another one)

01.28.05 - Installed new brake pads for the front calipers.

01.27.05 - Changed the Fuel Filter. For those who wonder where it is,
it's right next to the gas tank by the rear passenger tire.
(easy to do but watch the fuel spray)

11.17.04 - Changed the Thermostat.

11.17.04 - I swapped out the old radiator because it had a crack in the top of it.
Installed a BRAND NEW black metal radiator. (old one was plastic)
