I found out first hand the importance of REGULARLY changing the cabin air filter every 15,000 miles or 12 months. It was a maintenance item that I ignored. I changed it a couple of days ago and the pic explains the condition. I can't believe I didn't notice a change in airflow!!! I see the leaves from my heavily wooded yard were imbedded in it. The filter has been in the car for 34,000 miles and 15 months. NEVER AGAIN!!!! It is going to be on my biannual maintenance list.
