
This is my beauty.
It's a 1990 MR2 turbo with a 1994 J-spec gen 2 engine.
It was imported from the USA to The Netherlands in 1991 and I`m the 3rd Dutch owner. The first one blew up the original engine and it was sold to a MR2 specialist who dropped the J-spec engine in it.
I bought the car in November 2003 and still very happy with it.
Before this I had a 1991 2.0 N/A and found it to be to slow for my taste :D
When I bought this car it was perfect from the outside but it had a small engine problem.
It only produced about 199rwhp and with the mods already done to it, it should have put out a bit more.

The modifications when I bought it where:
Mongoose 3" exhaust system
KO Racing downpipe
Boost increased to 14psi
Apexi open air intake
Aftermarket bov (makes no difference in power, but sounds cool)
The guy from the dyno told me the car was running way to rich which basicly drowned the engine.
After getting a FPR and getting a MBC to adjust the boost properly (now at 15psi) it now produces 244rwhp and takes 4.9secs to 62mph.
