The Type R Killer!

Project R will begin in Summer 2005.

By the end of 2005 this car will be a toyota that can meet or beat any civic all motor drivetrain

This will be the first of 4 corollas that I will build...the next stronger and more highly tuned than the last...

Estimates:
Car 1: 1.6L 200hp, 6spd, FWD (target civic)
Car 2: 1.6L 240hp@10,000, 6spd, FWD (target: integra, rsx)
Car 3: 2.0L 240hp, 6spd, RWD (target: s2000)
Car 4: 2.0L 280hp, 6spd, 4WD (target: evo and wrx)

Here is what the end result will be
1: 4AGE-20V 170hp engine with a 6 speed transmission (5 valves per cylinder!)
2: 16" Konig Driver Wheels (black of course)
3: Custom cold air Rally style Air Box behind bumper
4: Full Exhaust System from Header to Muffler
5: Strip Interior and Replace with Custom Dash Board with Racing gauges, 2 Racing Buckets from
Sparco and Rollcage wrapped in Black Leather
6: Mount Battery in trunk to prepare for future T3/T4 ball bearing turbo (add an extra 100hp)
7: Full Suspension- Springs, Struts, Bushings, Mounts, Tower Braces, Sway Bars, etc...WILL PROBALY BE CUSTOM MADE CONTROL ARMS AND STIFFENING
8: Repaint it like the Initial D AE86 with the panda paint scheme
9: Brakes- 2 piston with 10" rotors in front 1 piston with 9" rotors in rear
10: Exterior- Not much. probaly just a carbon hood, front bumper, lan evo wing with panda trueno paint job.
P.S. Please let me know where I can find a body kit for this car if you know of one. Looking for something clean and not flashy.

This is now. I just try to keep it clean and serviced for now.

THE END RESULT
I plan on putting about $10k into this car. (Getting a second job this fall)

1: 200+ hp engine redline 8,000 plus
2: skidpad as good as an M3
3: 0-60 under 6 seconds
4: Brake and Accelerate better than any new machine under $30,000

*When i'm done, I hope to join the SCCA in my area and start showing up some of these hondas that are infecting the masses!

Here's what some punk kids did to my truck!! and here's what happens when you let your DAD borrow your truck!

*If anyone is in atlanta let me know. I'm trying to build a team so we can help each other with our cars and lease a garage in the area. I found one with 3 dock doors and office space. It's about 3,000 sqft. Only 1300 per month! We could probaly get about 12 machines in there!

I have a question. My friend the other day wanted to peel out, so he stepped on the breaks, shifted to drive, and stepped on the gas petal for a few seconds. We did indeed peel out. But right after that, we couldn't reverse anymore and on neutral we were able to drive. Did he fuck up the auto transmission or what? Also if it is, should I get a rebuilt one or a brand new auto transmission. The rebuilt one is $300-$500 and a new one is about $1200-$1500. Thanks man. Hit me back up on my site.
