Engine Stuff
The engine was built by Dean Steward and myself. Dean has a head porting business in Central Kansas (Steward Engineering).

BLOCK

1966 C code block, hot tanked, bore & honed 0.030”, micro polished crankshaft, Eagle H beam rods,  decked block .027”(Balanced & Blueprinted), 10.4:1 SRP forged alum. pistons, Sealed Power low tension rings, Comp Cams dbl roller timing chain, ATI super damper, Lakewood scatter shield, Centerforce aluminum flywheel 28 oz. balance, Centerforce Dual Friction 10” clutch and pressure plate, Powermaster XS high torque starter, new main bearings, rod bearings, Big End aluminum water pump, Canton 9 qt. road race oil pan and pick-up, high volume oil pump, custom made 4” diameter aluminum crank pulley and a Holley mechanical fuel pump

CAM

Dema Elgin custom grind solid lifter cam: .347” lift on the intake and exhaust; duration is 284 degrees and 248 degrees at .050"
Valve lift is .555" and lobe separation is 106 degrees with 36 degrees of overlap.
HEADS

1966 cast iron heads, bronze guides installed, hot tank heads, custom race port & polish.
Intake valves: 1.84", exhaust valves: 1.5", Crane 1.6 Gold Race roller rockers, Steward Engineering valve covers, Comp Cams center oiling solid lifters, guide plates, screw in studs, heads milled .010”, Comp Cams stock length hardened push rods, nylon valve stem seals, spring locators and 370 lb Beehive valve springs.

INTAKE

Edelbrock Performer RPM Airgap, Holley 4150 HP, 650 CFM, 1” phenolic 4 hole spacer.

IGNITION

MSD 6AL soft touch rev control ignition box-7200rpm chip, MSD 8.5mm Super conductor wires, Motorcraft rebuilt mechanical advance distributor.

COOLING

Northern aluminum race radiator, 180-degree thermostat, Stock upper and lower hoses, Flex-a-lite 6 blade race fan, S.S. overflow canister.

HEADERS & EXHAUST
Thermal Tech Coatings ceramic coated Tri-Y’s, Dr. Gas 2 ½” X-Pipe, Dynamax flow thru race mufflers (side exit).

AIR AND OIL FILTERS
Stock type lid and 1" drop base, 3" paper filter.
Motorcraft FL-HP oil filter

Drivetrain
Close Ratio Toploader 4 speed, steel driveshaft from Denny's Driveshafts, Currie 9" rear housing w/4.11 gears and a Tru-Trac locker.

New brake and fuel lines, 12" front disc brakes with cooling ducts and Porterfield R4 pads, adj. prop valve mounted next to driver seat. Stock 10" rear drum brakes with Porterfield R4S shoes.

If I deleted the bumper then I couldn't drive it on the street. Besides, I like a little chrome on it ;>)
