Well today its finally all set in place and the car goes off to my auto club im a member at. Once off of the tow dolly I had some other members come over and bounce on the rear suspension. I found one spot that was a little iffy. But since I'll be racing there can be no question with support. I will be putting in another 2x2 frame tubing from the top of the spring purge to the other.

Today is another day... today the motor gets a quick overview and test fitting.

Can you make ou the two obvious things wrong here?

The master cylinder is VERY close to the motor if not touching. AND it sits about 1.5 inches too high in the engine bay.

The motor will get in the way of the hood closing. LETS MODIFY SOME MORE!!!

TOO much space back there anyways! Lets just get ride of it! ..

OK THERE ITS GONE...more room to move the motor back now!! Sweeeeeet

Ok well I said I needed to start modifying again, so I call up Ken and say "Ken I have a problem I need help with" Take over my problem oil pan and we brainstorm, plan, measure, mark and slice and dice the oil pan. turned out nice I thought.

And look how nicely that slids right down in there. Needs to get a trans hook up to it before I can place the motor where I want it.
