INFO: 1993 Si VTEC 4ws (E-BB1)

This is a 4th gen Prelude strait from JAPAN. This model the (E-BB1) consists mainly by having the H22A VTEC engine and also the 4ws unit together, unlike the (E-BB4) that consist only with the VTEC engine and no 4ws. The this model the (E-BB1 )doesn't go to the U.S. That's why its a VTEC with 4ws system. (In the U.S there's only VTEC with no 4ws (E-BB4) or 4ws with no VTEC (E-BA9) if I recall correctly. The steering was originaly on the right side, so there fore streering wheel had to be changed since its not legal in my country (Nicaragua, not in the US) to have it on the right side, thats the only down side to the car. The only turn down was changing the steering wheel to the left, but the rest of the car is pretty much legit.

Here is a guide to the different versions in Japan:

www.english.auto.vl.ru/catalog/honda/prelude/1993_9/

A few of the main differences: (for the ones who don't know) the side markers , the headlights , the 195k/hr limit (120m/hr speed limit or fuel cut off), electronically folding mirrors , the middle piece going through the rear seats (optional I gues), NO rear bumper reflectors, the H22A, the id tag on the engine bay , the 4ws (4wheel steering) and its computer in the trunk , and the rear windshield wiper. Also all writing in the car is Japanese , even the fuse box! Which kind of sucks since I dont know Japanse! A lot of these parts can be found on "ebay" as JDM parts or anywhere on the net. A lot of people by these parts b/c they like the JDM look rather that the USDM look. Its become a popular thing to do nowadays.

All the moods were done after It was brought!
