Gatheround me hearties.
This be the story of a land yacht named ?The Black Pearl?, she was found beached sittin in a repair shops dry dock, nary twain years, until I laid me eyes upon her sleek lines. That was only a month ago.
Twas many a day spent huntin down her Captain, ready to give up I was until I finally found a dirty scoundrel that new of her Captain.
A message was sent askin permission to board her, permission was granted.
What I found was her engine had a blown head gasket, and some land lover absconded with her air ride pump.
Her Captain and I struck up a round of fierce bargainin, after that seemed like hours actually turned out to be about 3 minuts.
Me thinks a fair settlement was reached. "$250. And get her out of my sight!" She says. I went to the owner of the dry dock and I asked what it was going to take to free my new ship from his bloody thieving grasp. He too replied with a ? Get her the hell out of my sight!? I bowed down and backed out of his humble establishment, never to be seen again.
I toss a new battery in my black beauty and pull the pump from my?91 Continental that has been converted to coil springs. I turn the key of me lady and she breathed life once again. She was a little ruff at first but she run.
I pull her from dry dock after her air bags inflated. I later found out the whole air ride suspension was new only a few thousand miles ago.
I bring her to her new home port to rest, and give her the attention she was needing. I give her a bath inside and out, and she was a sight for me soar eyes.
I knew the head gasket was bad so I opted to freshen up the Pearl when I opened her up.
A scoundrel had worked her engine over before I found later.
The rotten evil Pirate should have been drawn and quartered at the yardarms for what he did to her, Rocker Arms where finger tight, bolts all over where loose, and hose clamps where not very snug.
But I also found my new love was a temperamental woman, she cost me a week of her attention when I had to get twelve stitches in my left thumb form gashing it on a hose clamp that was just out of sight.
I then decided to give my newfound lady some attention she was needin. I pulled the Heads and Intake manifold from her lovely engine compartment to find she had worse then a blown gasket; she had a blown casting between the cylinder and a water jacket.
I just happened to have a spare set on hand, Me took them in to the shop.
This is where I decided to help the Pearl to breath better, I ported and polished her intake and exhaust ports as well as her manifolds, milled .015 off her head gasket mating surfaces.
I am preparing her to be reassembled in about two days.

Sleek beautiful black and best of all, paid for!
