Future mods

buickbear's 1994 Buick LeSabre

I have found a few suspension parts that will fit my car they are, lowering springs, performance struts, and performance swap bars. I think I will start buying the parts in about 2-3 months.

When I did the engine swap I keep the heads from my old engine. I want to have them ported, polished, and bigger values put on them. I also want to put roller rockers one them as well. I have heard a setup like this, with a tuned ecu will make around 50hp. But this mod is very costly and will be one of the last ones I do.

This is my future wife holding my trans pan. The trans is a 4T60-E , with a Impala T.Q. converter and 3.06 gearing. I would like to build the trans to take any thing with a shift kit, locker, and better gearing. I also want to add a trans cooler to keep the temp down at the race track.

These are pics of a hood scoop I picked up are a car show it is 4inches tall and is made of fiberclass it was only $45 dollars. My future mod for it is to get it put on the hood and make some system to redirect the air flow to the cold-air-intake. It should look mean when its done.

Before the swap the cold air intake worked good. But the S/C now makes it very hot at the drap strip. Also the filter is to small and needs to be replaced. I want to build a box around the hot part of the filter, and cover it and the intake in heat resistant insulation. I will add a bigger K&N filter with this mod.

This is a picture from a brake job I did. It shows the one piston caliber 11inch front brakes. I would like to put front and rear pontiac GTP brakes on the car some time next year. This mod will be costly, and time consuming.
