here is my pride and joy
you think i should modified or keep it the way it is,it has been restored to as original as posible.

Ajani52's 1949 Jeep CJ5 is my daily driver, exterior have been well kept no dents ,minor rust might give it a new paint job(thinking of black and putting a few extras like chrome roll bar, side steps, etc)

Engine GPW Serial 219355 L134 flat head..completely rebuilt had to do few changes like radiator, battery, put a solex carb.everything remains original.

Ajani52's 1949 Jeep CJ5 The inside everything is in working order hand brake, odometer, except for the gas gauge which i don't have and can't find around here don't want to put an aftermarket one
Ajani52's 1949 Jeep CJ5 Looking and running strong(maybe some wider tires and rims)
Ajani52's 1949 Jeep CJ5 rear view I should put the back seat on and the spare tire on the side(what you guys think should i leave it the way it is)
Ajani52's 1949 Jeep CJ5has a nice 1945 steering wheel Looks great doesn't it for its age..

hey heres some suggestions for ya...leave the od paint and go on ebay and get some military jeep decals and make into an old army jeep...thatd be tight. get a willys shift pattern decal for the dash. the tire on the rear quater would be neat and if ur gonna put a back seat in make it canvas like the front seats....and eventually get a 50cal machine gun and gun mount and go huntin :p check out my yj sometime Randy

hey thanx for checin out my rig yours is nice too. i did a spring over convertion on mine and lifted it about 6 1/2 inches but my 35inch tires clear with plenty of room. they make kits that you can buy that lift it like 2-4 inches i beleive and that consists of just higher arched springs. you can fit probrobly 33inch tires on it stock with wider and more offset rims thats what i would do if i were you
