This is my Darrell Russell memorial page. nova64's 1964 Chevrolet Nova i had the pleasure of meeting Darrell twice and let me tell you something, he was the coolest guy out there racing. He always had a smile on and always had time for his fans. when Darrell would sign autographs he wouldnt just sign your t-shirt or car and push you away he took a few minutes to talk to you and get to know you as a person not as a number. Darrell was the best of sportsman's even after a losing run he did not get out with a bummed out sad faced kicking the car kind of attitude.nova64's 1964 Chevrolet Nova he got out and most of the time blamed himself and not the crew or the track like many other racers tend to do. in closing id would liek to say these simple but meaningfull words."may there be nitro in heaven, godspeed Darrell Russell"
