The CJ is mostly stock:
AMC 232(*), Carter carb, T-150 tranny, Dana 20 T-case, Dana 30 front, AMC 20 rear.

Modifications:
Belt conversion
Spicer Steering
Skyjacker 7100 Steering Stabilizer
Rancho RS 9000 Shocks (Great shocks. I had Trailmaster SS Invader's but replaced them. Rancho's really make a difference.)

Tyres and Rims
I used to have 31x10.5x15 Good Year MTRs on steel but I recently replaced them with 285x75x16 BFG ATs on aluminium.

Good Year's were great tires but BFG's suits me better. They handle better, they are softer and make less noise. I really recommend BFG's.
