I bought my first Supra in September 1986.
It had 36KKm on it, after only 11 months...
I drove it until September 03, at 438KKm.
The body has let go, and I didn't want to park it, but safety has it's rules...
I looked at the market, tryed a few models, but simply couldn't see myself in anything else. Didn't feels at home !
I then had a dumm idea. Find another one, but in good shape!
Well, after many research, drove to various places, for a total of approx. 1800Km, I found one at a reasonnable price! It had some mechanical issues, (fixed now) but the body was in an excellent shape. Not mint, but clean, with 3 rust areas, only one serious.
During the last winter, I cleaned and restored the interior to original.
With the summer coming up, it was time for the outside. 1/3 of the car was still on the original paint, but the front and 2 fenders had been repainted, and the blends were not too good. The driver door also had a major ding, thanks to a visitor in a parking lot. It was time to fix all this !
