1985 Mustang GT

Engine: 5.0L 4bbl HO V-8
Trans: 5-Speed Manual
Exterior: Black
Interior: Gray w/Red Piping
Wheels: 15" Alloy "10-Hole"
Tires: Dunlop Qualifier 225/60/15
Modifications: 87-93 GT Spoiler

June 1999, Age 15: I spotted and fell in love with a clean black 1982 Mustang GT at local used car lot. I checked it out and test drove it with my dad, and everything was great. We go there one Saturday morning to buy it and it had been sold at 7PM the night before. I'm very disappointed. Then I spot this black 1985 GT on the same lot. A spur of the moment decision brought it home that day. I definitely shoulda looked more carefully because this car was a mega POS. I guess you get what you pay for ($1000) sold in 2000 for $1100.

Wheels: 15" Steel
Tires: Dunlop Radial Rover 215/75/15

May 2000, Age 16: I got on a 4x4 kick and bought this 1984 Bronco II. It was a neat little truck, but it wouldnt pass inspection without sinking ALOT of money into it. I sold it in May of 2001.

1985 Mustang GT w/T-Tops

Engine: 5.0L 4bbl HO V-8
Trans: 5-Speed Manual
Exterior: Black
Interior: Gray w/Red Piping
Wheels: 15" Alloy "10-Hole"
Tires: Pirelli P4000 225/60/15
Modifications: None

December 2000, Age 16: While the Bronco was for sale, I saved enough money to pick up this neat black 85 GT w/T-Tops for $1500. It was an absolute steal at that price. It needed some work but was overall a good car. I drove it for about 5 months and had many fun times in it (including being chased by some psycho in a Chevy pickup, but thats another story!) but when i didn't have the desire to fix an overheating problem, and the fact that I found a sweet 91 LX 5.0, the 85 GT had to go.

1991 Mustang LX 5.0

Engine: 5.0L EFI HO V-8
Trans: 5-Speed Manual

Interior: Black Cloth
Wheels: 16" Alloy 94-98 GT
Tires: Yokohama Avid V4 225/55/16
Modifications: Shorty Headers, Off-Road H-Pipe, 3-Chamber Flowmasters, Moroso CAI, PRO-5.0 Shifter, 5-Lug Conversion

June 2001, Age 17: My friend noticed a reaaaaly slick looking black (seeing a pattern yet?) 1991 LX 5.0 hatchback with a black interior. It had a sunroof, headers, flowmasters, and a 5-lug conversion. The price was great at $4000. My loving aunt loaned me the money and worked at paying her back. I racked up some miles on this car. This was the car i drove to HS every day during my sr year of 2001-2002. AWESOME CAR. Ran a 14.4@96 with it, 2.73 gears and all. This is the one car that I wish I never sold, but after buying my next car, it had to go. I did have a chance to get it back, but the kid who had it had beat it up pretty good (even though he re-did the body and paint) and he wanted way too much for it. So sad.

September 2002, Age 18: On my first day working as a technicians apprentice at a Chevy dealer, i see on the lot a recent trade in. Its a black 1997 SVT Cobra coupe. My new full time job at the dealership let me afford it easily. It wasnt perfect but the price was right (plus they knocked $1000 right off the top for being an employee). I even ripped off a 13.58 in the 1/4 mile on a nice cold day last March.

1979 Mustang 2.3 Turbo

Trans: 4-Speed Manual
Exterior: Yellow
Interior: Black
Wheels: 390mm (TRX-Sized) Capri
Tires: Michelin TRX 220/55/390
Modifications: None

December 2002, Age 18: I couldnt drive the Cobra in the winter so I got this 1979 2.3L Turbo hatchback Mustang for $800. It was very cool car and alot of fun (even if it was SLOW), but I sold it in the spring because I didnt really need the car and I had plans for the Cobra.

1995 Taurus SHO

Engine: 3.2L DOHC 24V V-6
Trans: 4-Speed Automatic
Exterior: Red
Interior: Mocha Leather
Wheels: 16" Slicer
Tires: Sumitomo Srixon-4 215/60/16
Modifications: K&N Panel Filter

May 2003, Age 19: My loving parents, in support of my decision to go back to school, offer to buy me a car to commute with. I chose this 1995 Taurus SHO ATX. It was a really fun car (spanked alot of riced-up imports with it...a 4 door "family" car!) but it really didnt suit my tastes. I missed my Mustangs badly. My moms trusty Explorer was on its last legs so she took over driving the SHO. She loves it.

July 2003, Age 19: I was itching for a foxbody project and got this 1984 GT. It needed a quite a bit of work, and when I started school, it proved to be too much. I sold it to my friend in october.

1989 Mustang LX 5.0 (RIP)

Engine: 5.0L EFI HO V-8
Trans: 5-Speed Manual
Exterior: Black
Interior: Gray Cloth
Wheels: 15" Alloy "10-Hole"
Tires: Dunlop Qualifier 225/60/15
Modifications: Cervini's 3" Cowl Hood, 16" Pony Wheels, MAC Flowpath Exhaust

October 2003, Age 19: In my quest to have a Mustang for a daily driver (I trying to keep the cobra as nice as possible), with the help of the same auntie, I picked up this MINT 1989 LX 5.0 hatch. (She doesn't mind loaning me money because I always pay it back) I LOVED this car. I would never have gotten rid of it if it wasnt for an old man who pulled RIGHT out in front of me from a gas station. I couldn't stop and nailed him in the drivers door. My car was totalled, the front end knocked over 1/4". Never even got a chance to paint the hood black. Poor car. I still really miss this one.

1992 F-150 4x4

Engine: 5.0L EFI V-8
Trans: 5-Speed Manual
Exterior: White
Interior: Gray Cloth
Wheels: 15" Alloy
Tires: GoodYear Wrangler 265/75/15
Modifications: K&N Panel Filter, Flowmaster Dual-Outlet Exhaust

January 2004, Age 19: I decided a truck was best for the winter, and that the Cobra would be good to drive in the spring/summer/fall so i found a nice 92 F150 4x4. It is a sweet truck with its 302/5-speed and Flowmaster dual exhaust. I have been using it regularly since i got it and its awesome.

1989 Mustang GT

Engine: 5.0L EFI HO V-8
Trans: 5-Speed Manual
Exterior: Black
Interior: Red Cloth
Wheels: 17" 2003 Mach 1
Tires: Falken 245/45/17
Modifications: See Page One

July 2004, Age 20: I am selling the Cobra. Its pretty tough to make regular payments and have enough leftover to live when you are only working part time. Also, I was VERY picky about the appearance of the Cobra. It's a Cobra, so it ALWAYS has to pe PERFECT, right? Yeah, OK. I almost couldnt enjoy the car because I was so caught up in keeping it clean. Not to mention, I have ALWAYS had a thing for fox mustang. So I got the 89 GT you see on page 1 to replace it. Page one details the mods. I LOVE this car. I will never sell this one.

It has been a long, fun (though sometimes difficult) journey with my cars, but its time to end it. I will stick with my F-150 and GT Mustang for quite awhile. Now that ive throroughly bored you, go find something more exciting to do than read about my stupid car stories! Later!

THE END!!!
