Exterior
furious6's 1968 Ford MustangI bought this car for $3,800 around the middle of November. My Dad and I were in the market for a classic Mustang to restore, and decided on this one. Among others, we came very close to buying a 68 Mustang Coupe for the exact same price that had a 302 V8 in it. The poorer body and undercarriage condition made us change our mind. Sometimes I think we paid more than what we should have for it, but considering the only REAL bad rust is the common Mustang areas (Cowl, floorpans, quarter panels), I think we did ok.
furious6's 1968 Ford MustangTrunk before I stripped it and found over 1" of Bondo. Still deciding if the trunk is worth the hassle rather than $150 for a repro trunk.

Hard to tell exactly, but the car looks pretty good. I have a "small" passion for old Mustangs, lol. As much as I love Ricer stuff, I think its hard to beat a nice 67 fastback, dont u say?? (id prefer a 67 Shelby GT500 though, lol)

If you want to see rust, go to page 8 on my site. Atlantic canada is not good for cars. Cool Mustang, good luck with it, it isn't rusted all that bad, but it sure is a pain in the ass to patch holes and stuff, it'll be a cool car when your done. so what color is it going when your done? later on
