I'm planning a DOHC swap and then turbo it. Should be done by next summer.
Here are my plan for the DOHC swap (Everything from an Escort GT)
-DOHC engine
-Harness and ECU
-Tranny (stronger and closer ratio)
-Axxle (bigger and stronger)
-Clutch (stronger)
-Flywheel
And after here is the plan for the turbo setup
Turbo Parts
-GTX Turbo Manifold
-VJ-20 Turbo
-1st gen DSM BOV
-Starion/Conquest TSI Intercooler (Or any other FMIC that i'll found for cheap)
-2.5in Hard Pipe With Sillicone Connector
-Custom Downpipe 2.5in
-Straight Pipe 2.5in Exhaust Line (no cat, no resonater)
-Flowmaster Exhaust (maybe none)
-MBC but some people had with boost spike so maybe an EBC
Fuel
-Escort ECU and Harness will be enough
Ignition
-NGK Wire
-NGK Plugs
Interior Gauge
-Boost Gauge
-A/F Gauge
-Fuel Pressure
After all that will be done i expect at least 175whp minimum
