Here's an old warn winch I got for 375.
It's a 8074 model. 8000lbs.
Cleaned it and painted it. Looks brand new.
I made this bumper in two days. Picked up some scrap tubing. 2" with 1/8" sidewall. My dad got a bender from harbour freight. Works for me.
