This is my second Miata. The first was a Brilliant Black 2001 LS (see pix later). I gave it up in favor of the Mazdaspeed edition. Love the zoom! I started calling it "Speedy" to which a fellow coworker added "Gonzales", so which should it be? 
A local photographer called this one the "god-light" shot. I worked it over to remove that dang VA license plate, so that's why the grill looks just a little odd. I really like this pic. 
I dumped the BIG 17" wheels in favor of the Kosei K1 TS's. To my more traditional "eye" the proportions are better. An the Goodyear F1's stick MUCH better.
A fun day at Summit Point. This was a Friday At The Track event. What a blast. Notice anything different? Ok, its the stripes...like you didn't notice!
