You are looking at a 1974 Clubman S. It has been resprayed in Nov 2003 in "Blue Pearl" - a green base with blue flecks in it.
It has recently had a engine transplant; from 998 to 1100. The 1100 is 40thou over bore, mild cam, extractors, all that.
The interior has been retrimmed earlier this year and looks quite smart indeed.
