I like what you've done so far.
I'm a little biased (check out my page -- http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2101876 ), but I think you should leave the rims be and focus on a new spoiler and seats (not all in one go, mind you). Otherwise, you're good to go.

Don't lower it! If you lower it, you may get good racing stats (on flat ground), but you're cruising for a bruised front end in any other conditions (day-to-day, inclines, driveways, etc.).

dont go wqith a racing seat next. big big pain in the buttox to change stock seats to racing seats in a saturn. oh and one more thing, SATURNS CAN NEVA L0SE!!111
