Went to Charlotte, NC and bought 1982 Prelude. Navy blue with tan interior. 5speed, AC, sunroof. I wanted a 5spd initially but couldn't find one so I got the red automatic 1981 prelude (page 2). This blue one has a lot less rust and runs very nicely. Interior needs a lot of work. Radiator fan not working, possible bad wheel bearings, one fender needs painting, needs new bumper cover. I plan on selling the red one after I swap a couple parts over to the blue one.

hi i live in the ohio valley and too have a 1982 honda prelude. Like you I can not find parts do you have any parts cars for sale or do you know of any junk yards that have honda stuff? Also what year was the accord that you used for seats?
thank you

I have a red 1982 Honda Preludethat I am thinking of selling. It runs great, but the engine smokes when I first start it sometimes. The front suspension has been rebuilt in the last two years, and there are other new parts. The body is in good shape other than a dent in the left front fender and the hood where a branch fell on it and busted the vent. I have a new vent for that. It passed smog last year with zero emmissions, and it's really a great car. It's just getting hard to get parts for it and I am not into restoring it as a collector car, so I am thking about letting it go to someone that would care for it. It's a good car, and I'd hate to see it turned into junk, so I am curious as to how much I should ask for it. I can supply pictures if anyone is interested. Thanks. michael@enchantedcreek.com

Awesome Prelude, man. Check mine out. Nothing fancy yet. Don't have it in my drive yet, because I'm waiting on the title, but it is mine.
