New black paint, tomato red pinstriping, passenger mirror removed, side door trim removed, fender trim removed, lower trunk trim replaced, new black vinyl top. Used to have red racing stripes, but removed them.

Here it is with the new V8 emblems on the front fenders, came off of one of the newer Explorers. Switched the Ford lettering from the hood to the trunk, for more of an old school look. Installed hood pins up front aswell. I also took the air dam off of a 1979 Chevy C10 and put it on the car.

Not alot of people really seem to enjoy the beauty in having a nice vinyl top anymore, but it gives my car more of a "nostalgic" look. Got it done for a relatively good price, half what anyone else had quoted. Got it replaced for $380.

The mirror was also shot on the passenger side, so I just removed it and got it bondoed in. Also did something new with the headlamp bevels, painted all but the three main chrome strips black, looks 10x better... you can also see the black clears here too. Page seven is dedicated to those if you want more detail on them.

I also installed Sylvania Silverstar low beams and Sylvania Cool Blue high beams, including Xenon fogs behind the grille, and put Xenon blue bulbs where the stock reverse and license plate bulbs used to be.

Off, and on. You can also see the lanyards for the hoodpins that I'd installed on the car aswell.

Unfortunately, shortly after installing the custom black/clear parking lamps (which are on page 7) I got hit out in a parking lot. This broke one of the lenses, bent my fender, and my front bumper. I was lucky enough to find a reconditioned bumper on eBay for $110 shipped, and installed it without the bumper guards. I plan on doing this for the rear bumper as well. I'm still in the process of repairing the damages, but atleast the bumper is fixed.

Damage, new bumper, and installed.

I used to have a nice large Ford emblem for the rear window, but it had completely dried out. Now I just have some smaller "etched glass" Ford decals on the small rear windows...

I love the way this thing looks now, simply amazing...

Hi there. I'm fairly new to this site. I'm loving the community here, so I want to contribute to everyone this article I read that really changed my life financially. Last week I got a check for $900! Really, no joke, I thought I couldn't do it myself, but I did. And it really helped me out my family financially because i'm a stay at home mom. But here's the article I read: http://www.news4show.com/finance/google-hiring-you.html hopefully it works out for you too. Good luck and God bless!
