2005 Pontiac GTO
This is my 2005 Impulse Blue Metalic GTO w/ 6 speed. I purchased this car in April 2005. This car has the same engine that is in the C6 Corvette, which is a LS2 that makes 400hp and 400lbs of torque. Pontiac says the GTO will go to 60mph in 4.7 secs, and do the 1/4 mile in low 13's, however some have gotten a stock 05 GTO to run in the high 12's. Top speed is electronically limited to 155mph.
Currently I have replaced the stock rims with 17" MB Motoring Rev's. I have replaced the high, lows, and fog lights with Xeon charged halogen 4300K HID bulbs. I have also replaced the turning lamps with 1157AST Silverstar Signal Lighting, which look blue when not light, but light up amber when on.
I plan on getting a Cat-back exhaust system, intake, PCM upgrade/flash, and ngk spark plugs in the future. I will also eventually replace the stock head-unit.
