my friend and I go to the rubicon or sierra trek as much as money allows , getting into this sport was very costly and can be done on a buget if you dont mind spending the nite on the trail once in a while , ask my brother or his homie rob , about being stuck in the wintertime at 2:00 in the morning raining and having mild heart attacks , good times , any how wheeling is a blast when you go out with the right folks that are prepared , unlike myself on many occasion. so far this truck has over 36000.00 into it and is almost at the level of being completed , snorkel and full extoskeleton are the next plans then body work and paint maybe , oh and harness's , she runs on a little 22 re and has metel timing guides and k&n airfilter with a redtop optimum gell battery , she also has pia lights when the sun goes down , also a moon roof to let the smoke out .she also has a arb bullbar with a 8000 lb winch when she gets stuck , and under that a 84 yota housing with a set of extreme axles with arb's on offsets steel wheels on 36" tslsx super swampers , behind that is a set of trailmaster custom drivelines hooked upto a dual marlin crawler transfer case protected by bud built armor plating skid plates and in the rear a hybrid dana 60/yota axle system held in place by a fabricated tracktion bar, inside full roll cage set up front and back , the driver sits on custom mounted mr2 seats and has a shitty sound system currently , and for communicating has a cobra lt49 radio with a 105 whip , wheeling in this rig is a blast she hold her own and has proven herself many many times on the trail after minor problems were worked out and modified due to testing out after market crappy parts , oh last and not least she's got a can back canvas top which was costly but is lite and quite , the one I picked out has stainless steel bars, I usually run 10lbs. in the front and 8lbs. in the back , and here's a few more pics of some folks enjoying the art of wheeling
