Here are the pics of the electric shift 4x4 to manual shift 4x4 that I did this winter while I had to replace the AOD trans.
1sts off I removed the B.W.1356 elect. trans. case. 
This case had a diff way the rear drive shaft mounted to the case than the np208 that I was swapping to. *note the round plate on the output shaft*
I had to have the double cardian joint swapped to fit the np208 rear output yoke,
It has 2 u bolts that hold the drive
shaft to the case, the 1356 was a round plate that mounted like the rear in this pic. 
I had to cut a hole in the removable floor section for the stick to go threw, and bought a rubber boot from autozone to cover the hole and clean it up.
