Here are some more recent pictures, some front end modification and amplifier was changed to a Sony 1200w Xplod. Subs are now 3x10's by Audiobahn. Swapped in a better oil seperator from a 240D. This car is still a daily driver.

Exterior changes are most noticibly the wheels and headlights. The wheels were an option on the 2001 and up 210 E-Class. The headlights were an Ebay special and the first thing to be changed, I just can't stand the look of the stock units, although they do function well. The windows were done at 35% with the windshield strip at 20% and the grille insert has been repainted black as well.

The only changes to the rear are the smoked taillights, available from www.euroautoparts.de with xenon 1157 reverse bulbs and the smoked plate cover to complete the look.

Although the "Becker" was nice, it had to go. I transplanted the Alpine CDA-7894 from my 380SEL and picked up the 6-disc changer CHA-5634. Both are mp3 players.

The amp was originally a 1000w Sony Xplod, but it couldn't handle it so I used the 150w x4 Boss amp that was in the back of my 560SEL when I bought it, turns out it works great bridged so I kept it. The subs as you can see are 2x12 MTX, One of these days i'll take one out and check the rating.

The 83 on the left and my 82 on the right, now lowered 3.5 inches from stock.

The other parts of the interior have been pretty much left alone. Maybe a new dash sometime down the road since this one has a few cracks.

Tire sizes are 225/45/17 in front and 245/40/17 in back. Here's a shot of the engine before I started changing things.
