Some History and pics of what she looked like when I brought her home on November 9, 2003. She was very dirty and was covered in the maple tree helicopters.

Why rebuild this car?
Parts that I'm looking for
What I was told when I got her:
This is a Dealer option vehicle. This was garage kept for 15 years. This guy's girlfriend owned the car and parked it in his garage. They then broke up, but the car stayed in the garage untouched for 15 years. He then sold it to the guy I brought it from, who wanted to give it to his son. His son didn't want to work on the car so it went to EBay
My observations:
The garage girlfriend story seems to fit what I know because apparently he didn't have keys. The keys I got for the door are from a lock smith and the ignition key is an "E" series GM key and not the "A" series that it came with. The guy did do some work on it. The ignition system was new, as the battery, alternator and drivers side half shaft. However the brakes and suspension were shot as was the tires and hub caps.
