The Merkurs end(may/14/05)

I think its safe to say its done for, faulty replacement gaslines and hot manifolts arnt a good mix, ooh and the fact that its not registerd and i have to pay over 385 bucks for 3 citations all together, lets see..... Driving w/o current tags*55* , !?!displaying expiried tags!?!*55*(this one would have not have been there if i didnt have any tags on there at all), and driving a unregisterd vehicle *275*, For the past 2 days me and my buddy have been trying to resurect the merkur into a race car/ drag car, its all gutted out and everything, and in the proces of trying out new injectors i broke a fuel line hose near the fuer rail, so we put in the diffrent injectors and patched up the fuel rail with this clear tough rubber hose....yada yada yada, today solved a few more problems with the car and took it for a quick spin down this road not even a mile from my house, some small windy road. stalls out..jump it back to life then a radatior hose comes undone...hhiiSSSS! Its all good we fix it there, and jump it again im just sitting there at idle just making shure things dont go stupid again...then the fuel line comes undone and splashes the engine..I imediately turn the car off and got the fuk outa there. not that massive of a fire...but when you work on a car and know its internals damn well, you know what might happen...so i wasnt goinna do near that thing. someone got a fire extinguisher and called the cops and accused us of racing up and down the street, which we werent, the guy just herd someone in a SHO tarous with an exhaust drive by and thought it was us...in the end i gotta pay lotsa money but no points...chatted with a cop for a lil bit bout cars..he used to be a mechanic. Ooh man not a good day,well im bout to head over to a friends house in the mustang and just relax lol.

Side note: hood and front grill were taken off for overheating problems (-:
