2004 NB8C Roadster Turbo / Mazdaspeed Miata MX-5 (#992/4000)
_____________________________________________________________________________________

A message from me... (2007.07.16)

Note: pages 7 and 9-12 are under construction. Stay tuned for more updates.

Sorry about the late news and lack of updates to my page, but I've just been busy with work and school. And also, this past May, my engine's rod bearings died due to oil starvation caused by blowby through the turbo. Therefore, the car will be out of service until October. Why you may ask? I turning this unfortunate event into an opportunity to upgrade and having Flyin' Miata build me a custom motor for the rebuild and attach a well-matched FM2 turbo system for the turbo performance this car deserves. Also, I'm getting a few other goodies to help the car cope and work with this newfound power.

Expectations:

1. At least 270 whp at 12 psi with a very nice and flat torque curve from 2500-7000 rpm.

2. Stiffer chassis and better handling from FM's frame rail reinforcement kit.

3. A radiator to deal with the grueling heat I sometimes drive in.
