Not much to say about this rig. It's a 97 civic LX so it's slow and doesn't have any options. Well... that's not 100% true it's got two possible options. One is power steering and the other is a fruity "special edition" pinstripe. well here's the machine:

Even though it's a slow thing it's fun to drive and I enjoy tinkering with stuff. So I've started throwing bolt on parts at it. So far I've added a cheapy intake and a front STB. Also I've added some pretty decent matching walmart floormats and my kenwood sound system. Here are pics of the intake and stereo:

I've got a pretty large wishlist for the car that I'm tackling as money allows:
1. change tranny fluid* / switch to mobil 1 motor oil* done and done!
2. new plug wires/ rotor button and cap
3. clean up valve cover
4. get some decent rims/tires for summer
5. slap on a cheap muffler w/silencer*done
6. full stainless exhaust*axle-back section
7. swap on d16y8 intake/exhaust manifold
8. swap on a d16y8 vtec head
9. swap in a tranny from a vtec civic

Update: I switched the car over to mobil 1 synthetic oil and put fresh honda tranny fluid in it. She revs more freely now and the shifts are buttery smooth!
Update july 7th: I was playing with my timing and I think I found a spot just ahead of where it was stock. Seems to give a little bit more pep. that's an extra .73hp I can use :)
